TTC IUI

Just needed to post I am driving myself mad here. I am 13 dpiui and 14 dpt … haven’t tested but I am dying to but also so afraid to see another negative test. Miscarriage earlier this year and just heartbreak every month. Under pressure to conceive as I have severe ovarian failure only ever 2 follicles and erratic cycles. Doctors can’t say when my cycles will stop forever but given my amh and follicle scans each month they said one month it will just stop and the only option will be donor eggs. I have zero symptoms during this TWW a little more tired but not sure if it’s in my head. Any positive IUI stories?
