Do stds cause uti symptoms ???

I am kind of freaking out. I’ve been seeing this guy and we didn’t use protection. Yeah I know it’s sounds stupid but we’ve been dating. We had sex last Friday. For hours. The last couple of days I’ve been having frequent urination. And a pain at the end of my urine stream. And peeing in small amounts. I also have cramps. And woke up in back pain in the middle of the night. And I have a slight pink tint to my creamy discharge. Creamy discharge is normal for me around this time. I’d like to add that my period is due any day now, it’s actually a few days late. So I don’t know if a uti could be delaying it. I obviously trust him enough to have sex unprotected because as far as I know we are only intimate with one another. I did leave a message at my obgyn office but am waiting for their call back. But now it’s the weekend. Yes I am going to be responsible and go to a clinic but I just wanted some opinions. *No judging please*
