my blessing

It’s been a year for me. I am 23 years old and this is my first baby. I’ve been struggling a little bit, trying to really embrace, appreciate, and enjoy this whole process while grieving the unexpected death of my mom.

I feel as if that’s made me closer to my baby somehow, i don’t know, maybe I’m crazy. I am in a lot of mom facebook groups, and have lots of baby tracking apps. I can’t wait to meet my baby girl. I’m due 4/23/2023 and absolutely terrified of labor and PP. I know it’ll all be okay and she’s going to be worth it but groups like these really help me feel a little bit more comfort and have truly helped me become excited.
