Sharp Pains

So, TMI but I wanted to know how many people experience this symptom. I’ve been noticing within the last two weeks that whenever I have a bowel movement, I get the worst cramps in my uterus and perineum. It feels similar to lightening crotch but they are more stabbing pains that are very intense. If I stop straining the cramps stop, but this makes me terrified to go to the bathroom. In turn, even more terrified to give birth because this is my first child and I don’t know what to expect. I am 19 weeks tomorrow and experiencing every symptom known to man it seems 😅
