My AirPod is being held hostage by a ONS

My AirPods are being held hostage by a one night stand. So back in august I had a one night stand and I left my right pod at his place figured o never get it back and I didn’t even both to message him well he messaged me Sam day said I left it. and than in September he said he’d bring it over so I let him he did not he just wanted to fuck so I kicked him out now he messaged me again about 2 months after the last time I saw him. I haven’t even responded. This the stupid ass text I get! I just want my damn pod 😂🤦‍♀️ he ain’t young either 😒 should I just block him or try n get it back? Or like what else?
