Spotting 12 weeks?

12 weeks two days and every time I wipe I have this on the toilet paper sometimes it’s more pink others more brown.

I do have a sub chorionic hematoma. I bled heavy over a week ago and went to the er/ob and everything was fine. but idk it’s thanksgiving and I’m very nervous. Should I been worried? I am having mild cramps but it almost feels more like uti pain more than period pain if that makes sense. I’ve been crampy this whole pregnancy to be honest so I’m not sure what’s not normal.
