Best prenatal vitamins?

What’s the best prenatal vitamin out there with the max amount of vitamins and organic!? I’ve tried many, rainbow was good but it smells terrible 🤢 thanks!

I take these in the morning with my food, they have everything in them😅 hence why they’re kind of big, but they’re smooth and easy to swallow. Also, doesn’t have a smell to them.

I take these three. It’s hard to find a single prenatal that checks all the boxes. I specifically look for methyl folate, DHA, and plenty of choline (450-990mg is recommended). The choline tablets aren’t my favorite to take, but it’s really important. Depending

on what I eat each day (foods like eggs,

broccoli and salmon are high in choline)

, I take between one and three of those.

I like Thorne! It contains methyl folate versus folic acid which is synthetic. I always took my prenatal at night which helped the nausea
