Bleeding 2wk before period

Hi! I’m currently on the combo pill, sronyx, and have been for about 6 years now. Today I noticed some pretty heavy breakthrough bleeding and i’m not meant to get my period until 2 weeks from now. Is this something I should be concerned about? Do I need to take a pregnancy test? Is this normal? This hasnt happened in a very long time.
