Breast cancer or breast conditions symptoms?

So I been having a strange feeling in both of my breast since like June or July. It gradually stopped but picked up by September and October. Now on and off I am feeling it. It’s not a sharp pain but a feeling strong enough in both breast. My obgyn felt my breast and did not feel any lumps but she is gonna schedule me a breast ultrasound. I am very concerned. Because I suffer from pcos which can contribute to so many other diseases and conditions. I am trying not to worry but I can’t help it. What were your symptoms when you was diagnosed with breast cancer. May I mention I have very large breast.
