Surgical Abortion- anyone pls share

Hi! I’m getting a surgical abortion tomorrow morning and I have so much anxiety about it. Im not upset about getting the abortion. It’s the fact that they stick a needle in your cervix to deliver local anesthesia. I asked them if I’ll be able to feel it and they told me no but once the procedure starts, I’ll feel cramping. CAN SOMEONE PLS EASE MY MIND AND TELL ME I LITERALLY WONT FEEL THE NEEDLE?! I get panic attacks with sedation and the thought of feeling a needle in my cervix is going to drive me into one. Is it true that you don’t feel it?? Just the cramping???
