At peak but boo is out of town

Super excited because it’s taken forever to zero in on my fertile window I track everything and have been through so many types and brands of opk. I’ve had results that made me think I might have PCOS (peak every day for 3 weeks last cycle) finally realized I was testing too early in the day. Finally got my tracking on lock and pretty sure I’m peaking if my hormones can be trusted. We baby danced last night 💓💓💓 partner had to leave town for an emergency he’ll be rushing back tonight so we can BD. I’m a little confused on if we could have conceived already or sometime today since Sperm can live a few days inside you. If he misses tonight is there no hope for this cycle? Previous tracking has shown my eggs do not live for a full 24 hours more like 12. Will we have a chance if he doesn’t make it back tonight? Any advice or thoughts to help a peaking woman cope with baby fever would be much appreciated. Oh and yes I temp but I’m on meds that raise and lower my bbt so I can’t fully rely on temping.
