Genuine question for those with more than 3 kids

If you don’t mind sharing, how in the world do you do it with more than 3 kids??? I am not trying to be offensive. I have 3 and I am having my 4th soon. But I see often on here, people comment that they have 5,6,7 kids. I just want to know, if you’d like to share, how you do it. Financially/parenting wise/making time for yourself, etc. I am having my 4th, and after announcing I had a lot of mixed reactions. Especially comments stating I am having “too many” kids. How do you deal with those type of comments?
