Frequent urination this early?

I'm currently 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my second. For the past couple of days I've been having to pee NON STOP. If I sit down, I feel like I have to pee. Wash my hands or hear running water, have to pee. I am drinking a lot of water so I know that can do it but I really don't remember this symptom happening until much later in my pregnancy. Anyone else in the same boat?

Also, it doesn't hurt to pee, I don't have any burning or weird cloudy pee so I don't think it's a uti.
