My dates are way off and I’m scared

Last period: October 2

Positive pregnancy test: November 3

I’m FREAKING out 😫😫😫😫

Today was my first appt for this pregnancy. I thought it’d bring me peace not scare me more.

When I got my ultrasound they dated me a 6wks1day when I should be 8wks3days.

I can understand being off by a week or so but over two weeks seems crazy. During the ultrasound we could see a heartbeat but they couldn’t hear it. It was so little. I just don’t understand if I’m only 6wks1day how the heck did I test positive on November 3rd?!

My doc didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned. (She comes highly recommended by everyone I know, even a couple of doula’s)

She said because they could see a fetal pole, see cardiac activity, and a yolk sack that there is nothing to worry about but I am beyond worried because it just doesn’t make sense that I would’ve been able to get a positive test then.

I don’t go back until 12/30 for blood work. My next ultrasound will be 20weeks which seems like a lifetime from now.

Please someone make this make sense or give me some good news 😭😭😭
