Crib or Pack & play.. Why?

Trying to decided which to get.. Baby will be sharing a room with us and our room isn't that big to begin with..

I say crib because we bought a lifetime crib. It converts to different stages all the way to queen size.

Crib that converts to day bed and then full bed. It will save us in the long run with money

We use a bassinet for our room currently & so far no issues. Pack & play is downstairs for her to sleep in when we're down there & our daughter has a crib in her nursery for when she's around 5mos.

My son coslept for the first 5 months and then we moved him to a pack and play to get used to sleeping on his own and went to his crib at a year old. His sister will do the same

Both. Pack and plays are not ideal for sleep. If it was between a pack n play or bassinet i'd say pack n play. But the crib will be used until toddler years. Pack n plays are not recommended for extended sleep.

We have a crib in the room and he'll be sleeping there at night. We're planning to sue the pack & play in the other part of the house cause it's light and easy to move.

We're getting both. She will sleep in the pack n play for a couple months in our room then she will sleep in her crib. It's a 4 in 1 convertible crib so it'll grow with her.

Both though I love the thought of a crib n bed thing, where you place your bed and the crib at same mattress height and it allows little one to have his/her space but also have him/her within arms reach
