Birth control and ovulation

I’ve been on and off my birth control, I’ve been off them for about 1/2 weeks with the odd pill here and there (I forget to take them as I’m a busy mum of 2 under 2), I have taken a pill the last 2 days and plan to keep taking them everyday again,

Yesterday I took an opk (because I had ewcm for the past few days), it was the clear blue advanced, the result was ‘low’, today I took another and it was flashing smiley ‘high’, I also took a strip and this is the result;

My question is;

Can I still ovulate/get pregnant on cerezette?
