Is there a benefit to having curious kids?

I know this is somewhat rhetorical bc in general many qualities in kids can be good, even if a total pain while they’re young but I guess I’m needing either a boost that assures me that having curious kids is a good thing or a pep talking for what I’m doing wrong that’s making them so damn curious and get into everything! Lol 
Ages are 2.5yr girl and 12mo girl

They’re exploring and learning. A lot of curious kids grow up to be more adventurous and figure things out on their own. I think all kids are curious to some extent.. definitely not a bad thing

My daughter is soooo inquisitive, it can be tiring for sure lol we talk all day long and I’m fielding so many questions constantly but I love that she wants to know and understand the world and use her brain. But my husband is an extremely curious person and it has benefit him a lot because he has so much random knowledge he can apply to things, he can figure most anything out because he’s tinkered with so many things and he is curious enough to just learn and expand his knowledge which makes his intelligent mind that much more useful because he has the drive to learn more and do more. He has taught himself sooo many things because he just wanted to know. He was watching videos about electricity the other night because he was just curious. Maybe encouraging for you to hear? 😆 hang in there mama!

One of my professors told me to think about how many times you have a question when you go to a new place, even if you don’t ask it aloud. We have to keep in mind that simple things are really interesting to them because they’re just seeing them for the first time and learning about them. The curiosity usually comes from things we have already learned about and seen so many times that there seems to be nothing special about, but we already know how everything works. They don’t yet.
