Heartbroken. Don't know where to go from here

I tested 12/20 and got this faint positive. We were so excited!!!! Unfortunately on 12/25 we miscarried. I'm so heartbroken and sad I just don't know where to go from here. And everyone is making me feel bad about being so sad. Saying you were only a few weeks pregnant and don't stress over it too much it'll happen when it happens but I can't help but feel so heartbroken. It's getting to the point where I'm blaming myself/ my body 💔💔💔💔
