First AF after MC

I had a natural MC about 4 weeks ago and I think AF is coming soon. I was really hoping to be pregnant again, I know that happens a lot. I'm not having my usual pre-AF symptoms but I also got BFN on tests. Did you guys have your typical symtoms before your first AF after a mc or were they totally different? I know the period itself can be quite different than usual, but how about PMS?
