Umbilical cord vessel flow

Hey ladies! Just had my anatomy scan and was told by the doctor that the blood from the baby’s umbilical cord usually flows through their body I believe she said from the left vessel and for our girl it is going through the right. (She’s opposite of what is typical).

She said the rest of the scan looked good but are giving us a follow up ultrasound/echo of the babies heart because this sometimes can indicate a “vessel issue” and need/want to make sure the hearts progresses okay. Just wondering if anyone else has had an experience similar?
