Need advice please

Ok so ive been talking to this guy just for a couple of weeks. Everything seemed to be going well, besides the fact that we are in two different states and only texted (ik that sounds off but i did some insta stalking he is not a catfish lol) We had really good conversation getting to know each other that just flowed naturally. It was going well then one day just went dry randomly its been a week since we texted and he’s been liking my instagram stories but not hitting me up. I really wanna just ask if he’s in a relationship or something because thats the only thing that makes sense in my head, since everything was going REALLY well.
