Belly Band….post c-section
Question…. Mamas that had a c-section when did you start wearing your belly band??
I have heard some say in the hospital…but I have also heard to wait due to it will rub or irritate Incision.
What we’re your Experiences and did it help with DR and postpartum belly??
I am currently 14 weeks and have existing DR so I will have my work cut out for me postpartum.
