Foodstamps

I’m not sure if any of you are located in Texas but I signed up for SNAP on Oct 25, 2022. On Friday I received a card from them but I have yet to receive an award letter. Does this mean I’ve been approved or will be soon? I read on their website they send you a card after you’ve been approved but I’ve gotten nothing so far that says I have been. When I check my online submission it says in review instead of submitted like it did when I first applied.
