19 day period and spotting turned into pregnancy 😭

Soooo I had a normal period at the end of October… well my November period was 4 days late. I tested negative during those 4 days and then thanksgiving started what I thought was a “period” and turned into me bleeding and now lightly spotting! I went to the OB on Monday and boom PREGGO 😬 This my 3rd baby and I currently have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old so pray for me 🙏🏽

If anyone has any tips and tricks for 3 under 3 SEND ASAP! Open to new mom friends no matter the state!
