How do you check where your cervix?

I'm new to this and I was just wondering how I'm supposed to know if it is high or low or open or not. I've never checked for that sort of thing or really ever thought about my cervix until now to be honest.

It is weird at first but after the first week you'll get the hang of it. I can't even reach that far when my cervix is high... & since I've had two kids my cervixs feels open all the time. Everyone is different so it's hard to say. Just check once a day and you'll get to know your body.

It feels like a little donut. I usually just use one finger on myself. You go in and sometimes it's straight in and other times you might have to go back really far. Hope this helps :)

You must be comfortable with your body as you're checking inside your vag you'll feel your cervix
