Any suggestions

I’m always on Tik tok all day or on my phone I can’t get off of it for more than 5 mins I try so hard but I cant. I can’t even delete Tik tok because it’s linked to my old number I forgot it and Tik tok customer service said I failed too many attempts of remembering my old number so I will never ever be able to delete it just the app not the account. I tried deleting the app but I just got it back 🤦🏻‍♀️ idk what to do it’s driving me insane!!

It was a very old number and to delete it I need a code
