red patch on face?? freaking out

hey! this patch of red popped up under my skin on my chin and i’m sorta having an anxiety attack about it,,

i didn’t bump my face, and it’s not acne

it’s under my skin and wasn’t here a couple hours ago

My anxiety tells me i’ll die if i try and sleep it off so, any people know what this is?? 😭😭

(and no it’s not from someone else like an std or… whatever they could be called i’m very much NOT a romance person 😅)
