Natural labor or epidural ?

I plan on having a natural birth! Due in 10 days.. i had a emergency c-section with my son 9 years ago. N this time I get to push🫣 a little nerves.. I remember the contractions which was 36 hours long & natural just to have a emergency c/ section because the doctor made a medical decision to give me pain meds which made our heart rate’s drop.

I just want to hear some of you guys stories! Really the ones that went without epidurals. I’m a little nervous n I know i do not want a epidural!! What helped you? How long was your labor? Did it burn? How did your vagina feels afterwards? What helped with that?
