Herniated Disk
Has anyone found any relief treatments or remedies for a herniated disk? My doctors say I have Modic II, a 2.2cm hernia between L5 S1, pressing on my nerve. I have a lot of pain on my hip extending all the way down to my toes. Sometimes I also feel pins and needles.
It's been 2 months now and it is not getting better. Anybody had this and got better? What did you do?
