Baby dreams👶🏽👨‍👩‍👧

It's been a while since I had a dream about me and my current boyfriend with children.. And recently I had another dream .. This time it skipped in time.. In the dream I remember  I was looking down at the pregnancy test saying 3-4weeks and then it skips like 3 years later and I'm in the living room of some apartment with a little girl (who I'm guessing is my boyfriend and I child.. ) on the floor watching tv with a toy in front of her .. I've been on birthcontrol for probably 7months now.. He does finish inside me .. Everytime. Unless I am feeling sick to my stomach that day.... Does this mean i may possible be pregnant or  am I just paranoid 👀🙄I do see myself with this man for a very long time. I wouldn't even mind if we were to get married and have kids some day.. Just not today.. Or in the next 4years
