Hii, So me and my ex whom i loved madly broke up about 5 months now, we ended on very bad terms, I just found out that he unblocked me then put a photo i took of him wearing a shirt i gifted him as a profile picture, i didnt care much until he later changed it to this note i once left for him,its hand written  “don’t forget to smile :) i love you”
He cut it and put the smile :) part as his profile picture! 
What is he tryanna do ? 
I didn’t move on yet i m still single since we broke up.

I would have blocked. He blocked you for a reason. Thins ended for a reason. Whomever he was messing with dumped him and now he’s lonely and horny. He’s just trying to get laid and use you. Don’t bother. You already know how the story ends why repeat it. Whatever was wrong before hasn’t gotten any better. Same crap different day. My ex used to do this crap all the time and I fell for it. That mofo was just looking to use and take advantage in hopes that he can sucker you in and see what he can get away with. Nope. Mine use to use this Bon Jovi song if you don’t love me, lie to me. And would post the lyrics etc.  same crap. Don’t fall for it. Block him and be done.

I think he is trying to manipulate you, and it looks like he is succeeding. And btw, the issues you broke up over are still there. Men does not change in 5 months.
