am i pregnant ?

i am 17 and i had protective sex on november 4th , we used a condom and he didn’t finish and he bought me a plan b bc i was overthinking. my period app said i was ovulating the 25th of october so i’m assuming the plan b worked bc i took it on november 5th .my period was supposed to come the week after that and it actually came on time on november 9th so i stopped overthinking and i was fine then coming december my period once again came on time but on tik tok it said i could be prego and have my period . so i panicked and my stomach started to hurt so finishing my period i took a test on december 14 a day after my period ended and it was negative then i took 3 more a couple days after but my stomach started feeling worse on the left lower side of my abdomen i went to the doctor on monday and she took a urine sample and she said everything was fine and i took a test today and it said negative. so it’s been a month since we did it , we used a condom , he didn’t finish , it didn’t break, i took a plan b and got both of my periods and the test came out negative could i still be pregnant though ? i also have been constipated and losing my appetite so i’m scared
