Should i be worried ?

So last tuesday i went to my Obgyn and she said that according to my period i'm 8 weeks but according to baby's measurements i'm 7 weeks and 3 days. 
With my first, i was a week ahead so i dont know if thisbis bad or does this mean my baby is small?

Ultrasounds flex by a few days usually so I wouldn’t worry. Also you might’ve ovulated later than you think which would also cause a flex in the ultrasound. I’m like 99% baby is fine.
