What does this mean ?

I randomly got a yeast infection for about two weeks. The yeast infection was not itchy or bad smell. Just a lot of cottage cheese discharge. After I took the pill it cleaned up which was Monday. About 3 days after I felt sick. Headache, stomach sharp pains, and lots of discharge. Which now is creamy white discharge that is ALOT. The urgent care said I had no infections and std test all came back negative. What does that mean? I had sex last month but not this month. I had spotting then my normal flow the next 2 days. I didn’t get my period this month yet. (Comes in 5 days) what does this discharge mean??
