worried…

started miscarrying december 5th, i should be starting to get back to normal now hormonal wise. i was only 7 weeks along so it was still early but i’m super super worried that i won’t ovulate soon, that it’ll take a while to get my cycles tracked and then get pregnant. i feel so anxious about maybe having a miscarriage in the future again because idk if i’d be able to handle another loss like that.
