Possible miscarriage? TMI picture of blood sorry

I just found out I was pregnant on the 22 with an at home test. Yesterday I was spotting, didn’t think anything of it as I did the same with my other 2 but this morning I woke up to more blood not just when I wiped. Put a panty liner on and had leakage on there. Just curious if anyone has had more blood than spotting but didn’t miscarry? I went in for a blood draw to test my hormone levels but won’t hear back till this evening or tomorrow morning. I have mild cramps but I did with my other 2 pregnancies too. I’m only about 4 weeks and 4 days if this app is correct. I’m trying to be positive here but I’m scared. Advice on what to do if I am miscarrying? Thanks.
