Bacterial vaginosis

Any ladies just can not get rid of bv ? Like no matter what I do or try it won’t go away, got gel from doctor back in October to get rid of it, seem like it stopped smell and just made me pass a extreme amount yeast that’s probably still in me (monistat doesn’t work neither) not the partner cause I’ve had a different one and still the same thing , any suggestions? (Started since I’ve been sexually active 2018)
