Vaginal pimple tips?

Question

I know it’s not a wart, I just get pimples when I don’t trim my pubes for too long. Only this one is huge, sore and inflamed(with multiple “heads”). Does anyone have tips to manage the inflammation and pain?
Edit:
I tried a warm compress in the shower and it drained on its own. 13 hours later and I can sit comfortably, and it’s down to just a little bump!

Sounds like more than just a pimple. That sounds like an infected/ingrown hair follicle or a boil that may need to be drained in  sterile environment or may need a specific treatment so I would be going to the gynecologist if I were you.

I can’t speak to what you are experiencing but I use a&d ointment after every shave down there and couple days afterward and it prevents razor bumps for me.
