Giving up on love

I’m young, only 19 years old so I know this is crazy for me to say but I’m giving up on romantic relationships. I’ve had a tough year this year with my mental health (I do have a therapist) but also with my love life. I was in a mental/emotional abusive relationship and didn’t realize until I got out of the relationship. I found the strength to leave it, was cheated on, gaslit, manipulated, etc. 2023 I plan on just ultimately focusing on myself and healing anyways but after so many relationships where I got burned, I just want to give up to protect myself. Any advice?
