Cow’s milk for an EBF baby at 12 months
Hello,
How do I give my now 12 month old baby milk? Warm, cold, do I have to boil it first beforehand or unhomogenised and pasteurised is fine to give without boiling beforehand?
Do I need to mix it with water ?
