Endometriosis

I need a little bit of advice/support. I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 5ish years ago during my cholecystectomy. At first my OB did some US but said everything looked good and I was already on BC and not TTC so there wasn't anything to do. I had my annual in May and went off BC and have been TTC for about 4 months. I have some pelvic pain, l and r ovarian pains, and light periods but other than that no endo symptoms so I'm assuming I have minimal-mild (I've never been told anything other than the surgeon saw it during the chole). I've been researching endo more and more and I feel like my doctors may be dropping the ball. I guess I'm just looking for advice on what to do (if there's anything to do) or maybe personal experiences. Can you get pregnant with endo naturally or without having any type of surgery to remove it? Thanks for any help you could give me.
