25 weeks & 6 days hard to breathe

I’ve been really lazy this whole pregnancy idk if that’s the cause or because my baby boy big head is up under my ribs I checked where he was at w my Doppler he’s right under there he was making it hard for me to breathe last night too how can I make him move from under my rib it’s making my shortness of breath horrible . He’s 2lbs my doctor said he’s pretty big for his gestation someone give me some tips idk if I should go to the hospital or not
