LDS Ladies.... :)

My husband & I are interested in starting a family BUT he's still hesitant... What is a good way to help guide him & show him this is something we can prepare for as husband & wife? Is there any scripture study, videos or advice worth perusing in order to help ease his uncertainty? I appreciate all the help & advice offered!! :)
