Prenatal massage

I’m 6 mo pregnant. Hubby got me a prenatal massage. Spoke to therapist they said they are very experienced in prenatal massages. I called my doctor and she said proceed at my own risk and that there isn’t enough research to say they are or aren’t helpful or are or aren’t dangerous. She compared it to dyeing hair. Thoughts?
