Im late

This is my first post so i dont really know how this works haha. I've only been TTC for 2 months but my period is now 12 days late. I took a clear blue digital test last week and it said I'm not pregnant but my period still hasn't come. I had some really light spotting today but nothing else. Should I take another test? Those digital tests are usually very accurate and I'm worried that I may not have produced an egg at all. Any advice at all would be helpful, thanks x
