Baby not doing practice breathing?

Question

Today during my scan they realized baby wasn't doing her practice breathing.
They sent me down the hall for an NST and heart beat looks good so I got sent home.
Anyone else have this? Should I be worried?
This is my 4th and I never even knew this was something they looked for.

I wouldn't stress about it.  I have twice a week sonograms because I am high risk.  They check this every time and the tech told me that babies don't do it all the time.  So it may just be that your baby didn't do it during the scan, but does it at other times.

I had to do that last week - except my NST was first. She wasn't "accelerating" as much as they wanted, but still had a strong heart beat and nothing to worry about. Went for the ultrasound where she was fetal breathing and they sent me home. Today at my NST she was perfect :) Don't stress - and be that "obnoxious" momma that asks lots of questions. They appreciate when were informed, too. :)

Yes its new to me too. I been to l&d last week due to back pains but they caught his heart rate doing normal beats and irregular one so my ob told them to do an ultrasound and the nurse showed me how he was practicing his breathing. I was 32 weeks and a couple of days tho. I'm 33+4 now.
