Mental struggles with food…

Has anyone else struggled with food since breastfeeding? It’s nothing to do with weight gain or anything like that but I am terrified of hurting my baby by giving him wind or an upset stomach that I genuinely eat like nothing in terms of variety. Im scared of veg, dairy, eggs, fruit, garlic, pepper, chilli, peanuts, chocolate, caffeine… the list goes on and on. I am celiac and vegetarian so my diet is quiet restricted anyway.

Just wanted to see if I’m not alone in this?
