I tested positive for chlamydia at 9 weeks pregnant

I have always been 1000% faithful to my husband. Always.

I just got my test results from my urinalysis during my first ultrasound and OB appointment. I tested positive for chlamydia. I’ve never had an STD or an STI before and I’m reading that it can lie dormant??

I confronted him and he said he had it in the army (4 years ago) but hasn’t had it since. We have a 1 year old together and I didn’t test positive then.

I read that it could lie dormant for years. He was treated for it back then.

Am I processing this right?
