Dehydration and RSV

My daughter caught rsv, we’re on day 5-8? Anyways she hasn’t eaten in two days, and is refusing to drink as well. Yesterday she had 3 wet diapers and today only one. I plan to take her back in tomorrow, all she wants to do is sleep. I understand that sleep helps, but it’s hard to keep her awake. Almost like she’s going out of it. What can I do other than take her in? I hate seeing my baby hurt.

We’ve been fighting fevers of 104.3, bloody noses, puking, lack of appetite and refusal to drink. She sleeps way more than she’s awake, her eyes are matting and much more. She’s only 1, please keep us in your thoughts 😣
