Nutrition apps TW ED
I just started swimming and I'm getting really serious about that and my health.
My problem is that though I've never been diagnosed with anything I fall into incredibly unsustainable and disordered eating habits when ive tracked my nutrition before. It becomes like a competition. How little can I survive on? 1500c? 1000c? 500c? At one point I was eating 320c for weeks and weeks before my lupus got the best of me and prednisone hunger is something else when you have to be on it. It stopped my disordered eating thank God. But it was the same thing with the scale back then too.
I want to fuel my body and keep my body healthy. I am heavy currently so I know with proper nutrition there's a probability that I will lose weight, but I don't want to set goals for weight or count calories. I just want to know what macro and micro nutrients I need to shoot for via an app. Does that make sense? Any suggestions?
